 Directions to Sterling Annex Community Center:

The Sterling Annex is an old school building and the only entranceway is on

 From Leesburg:

Rte. 7 East, bear right onto Rte. 28 South exit. Take righthand exit on 625

(Church Road) towards Sterling; Go right at Traffic light (Davis Drive)

Take 1st right onto Shaw road; (this is a residential neighborhood). At stop

sign, go right on Shaw road; at stop sign go left (Shaw road)…Shaw road

curves around in front of our building, take first left into our parking lot.

From the West(Ashburn) : Take left exit towards 28 north..continue

straight thru the arrow lights and take the 1st right at the traffic light (Davis

Drive) then 1st right onto Shaw road ; (this is a residential neighborhood).

At stop sign, go right on Shaw road; at stop sign go left (Shaw road)…Shaw

road curves around in front of our building, take first left into our parking

lot.

From Chantilly/Dulles Airport area:

From Rte. 28 north, Take righthand exit to East Sterling Blvd. Go left at the

first traffic light/shaw road. Continue on Shaw road and proceed through the

four way stop. Approximately 1 mile after the 4 way stop, you will see a

ballfield on your right. The entrance to the Sterling Annex facility, is

immediately on the right.

From Leesburg:

1) East on Rt. 7.

→ 2) Turn right onto Belmont Ridge Road.

3) Go south approximately 4.5 miles.

→ 4) Turn right into park entrance (at the intersection with Truro Parish Road).

 From Sterling:

1) Take Rt. 28 to Waxpool Road (towards Ashburn).

← 2) Follow Waxpool Road and turn left at fourth traffic light.

3) Continue on Waxpool Road into the Broadlands Community, Waxpool Road becomes

Truro Parish Road.

4) At the intersection with Belmont Ridge Road, go straight into park entrance.

 Dulles Toll Road Route

• From Route 66 E or W, Route 7 (Inside the Beltway) or 495 (Beltway) - Take Dulles Toll Rd.
• Continue onto Dulles Greenway (Toll)
• Take Exit 4 - Belmont Ridge Road (Route 659)
• Turn right onto Belmont Ridge Rd., follow it for 3.5 miles to Route 7
• Turn left onto Route 7 West
• Go 1.4 miles and turn right on River Creek Parkway
• Follow River Creek Parkway 0.6 miles and turn left onto Fort Evans Rd. (directly across from Riverside Parkway on the right)
• Go 0.1 miles -- Festival Lakes entrance on the right.

 From Route 7 West

• Take Route 7 West
• Turn right onto River Creek Parkway (this is about 20.6 miles from the beltway). **
• Follow River Creek Parkway 0.6 miles and turn left onto Fort Evans Rd. (directly across from Riverside Parkway on the right)
• Go 0.1 miles -- Festival Lakes entrance on the right.

 From Northern MD (Scenic Route)

• Take Rt. 270 to Rt. 28 W (Exit 6B) to Dawsonville.
• Take White's Ferry Rd. (Rt. 107) 11 miles to the ferry.
• Take White's Ferry (toll) across the Potomac.
• Continue 1 mile to Route 15 South.
• Go South on Rt. 15 then bear left on Rt. 15 Bypass. Continue through the light at the shopping center to the first left - Ft. Evans Rd.
• Go approximately 1 mile down Ft. Evans Rd. -- Festival Lakes entrance on the left.
